What Should We Ask?

Albert Einstein once said that if he had to solve an important problem in an hour, he would spend the first 55 minutes making sure he got the question right.

We think that observation has deep power. The questions we focus on build frames around our vision of the world. What subjects we think about, what actions we consider, how we interpret the phenomena we encounter—all of these flow from our questions.

Answering the wrong question well can be a waste of time at best and a tragic mistake at worst. Answering the right question wrong might be a failure in a positive direction, and answering the right question right might lead to even better questions to guide future actions.

What's Coming?

In this spirit, we frame all our work around questions. We aim to frame our vision usefully.
